In 2019, Lithium One was honoured to be the builder of the 2019 Hospice Dream Home. This beautiful project was a fundraiser for the Hospice Society. During the months it was open to the public, it also acted as a show home in Prince George. Hundreds of residents enjoyed walking through the rooms to see Lithium One’s design skills and quality craftsmanship in person.
The compact rancher style home looked cozy from the outside, but once inside the front door visitors were impressed by how spacious the Prince George show home felt. From the open layout to the 10′ ceilings, it offered plenty of room for entertaining family and friends. In fact, Lithium One managed to fit six bedrooms and four bathrooms into this 3800 sq ft residence.
Some special features include a stunning oak wall partition designed and created by Studio Klager and locally made custom cabinetry ranging from the trendy painted kitchen to the storage cupboards in the laundry room.
