Traditional garage doors and elegant arched accents above the entry and windows lend a timeless character, while the spacious front porch adds a welcoming touch. With its triple garage and carefully balanced proportions, this home blends classic design with enduring curb appeal within the Vista Ridge subdivision.
Step inside this Vista Ridge custom home and you’ll love the high ceilings and sheer amount of daylight that floods into the home, balance the dark wood accents and flooring. That’s a must-have when building in a city like Prince George, where the long winters make daylight a priority in your design.

The main living area is designed with both flow and flexibility in mind. From the central space, the kitchen opens to the left, while the dining and living rooms extend to the right, creating a layout that feels open yet well defined. The living room features tall ceilings that rise into the upper storey, anchored by a gas fireplace flanked with built-in bookcases. A striking grid-style window arrangement (three below and three above) fills the space with natural light and emphasizes the room’s vertical scale. The dining room comfortably accommodates a table for six, with ample space to expand when hosting family gatherings.
The kitchen carries a classic, timeless feel with white shaker cabinetry and carefully chosen traditional details. Ornate crown moulding, an oversized stainless steel farmhouse sink, and antique-style cabinet pulls add character and warmth. Vintage-inspired copper pendant lights hang above the island, which is finished with additional moulding for a refined, traditional look. Together, these elements create a kitchen that feels both elegant and welcoming, perfectly suited to everyday living and entertaining alike.

A crystal chandelier above the tub adds an elegant focal point, while the extra-long his-and-hers vanity, crafted from richly stained wood and topped with a neutral quartz countertop, provides both beauty and function. A detailed white herringbone tile floor and glass shower walls and doors keep the space feeling bright, open, and refined.
Throughout the rest of this home in Vista Ridge, the bathrooms each have their own personality while maintaining a consistent design language. Rich wood vanities and the same neutral quartz countertops carry through, creating visual continuity. Vintage-style fixtures and cabinet pulls reinforce the traditional character of the home, ensuring each bathroom feels intentional and connected to the overall design.
